Amy Peck is a world-renowned leader in the VR/AR field, serving as the Co-chair of the VRARA (VR/AR Association) Enterprise Committee and as a strategic advisor.
EndeavorVR collaborates with Fortune 500 companies, digital media and production firms, and tech startups across XR strategy, content creation, development, product design, and Go-to-Market (GTM) execution.

As a founding member of the VRARA Enterprise Committee and a Venture Partner at the Capital Region XR Accelerator, Amy Peck is an active mentor to numerous female entrepreneurs, tech professionals, venture-backed accelerators, and STEM educational institutions.

Prior to founding EndeavorVR, she established the Enterprise division at Leap Motion, a developer of 3D motion-control devices. Drawing on her extensive experience managing projects for clients in healthcare, entertainment, education, and government sectors, she recognized the critical need for VR/AR development in commercial industries and subsequently founded EndeavorVR.
