Jihoon Jeong: Futurist and IT Convergence Expert

After graduating from Hanyang University College of Medicine, he earned a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Seoul National University and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC).  He has served as the Director of the Life Science and Technology Institute at Wooridul Hospital and the Director of the IT Convergence Research Institute at Myongji Hospital. 

He also served as a board member of the Daum Foundation and a professor in the Department of Media and Communication at Kyung Hee Cyber University.  

Currently, he is a professor at DGIST (Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology). As an IT convergence expert and futurist, he is actively involved in various activities and publications regarding blockchain, NFT business strategy, AI, and the metaverse.
