A Leading Korean Neuroscientist and AI expert
Professor Kim Daesik earned his master's and doctorate degrees in brain science from the Max Planck Institute of Brain Science in Germany, and took a postdoctoral course at MIT University in the U.S. After working as a researcher at the RIKEN Institute in Japan, he has been a professor at KAIST since 2009 after serving as a professor at the University of Minnesota and Boston University in the U.S.
He studied brain science, brain engineering, and artificial intelligence, and in his book "Kim Dae-sik's Big Question", "How Creativity Saves Humanity", "The Science of Reading Humans" scientifically solved brain science and the reason for human existence through philosophy, literature, and history as well as brain science based on the working principles of the brain and human society.
