Guided by the conviction that most of the knowledge an organization needs resides within the field itself, Tae-hyun Park has spent over 20 years researching healthy corporate culture and performance enhancement at the front lines of business.
He graduated from Korea University with a degree in Education and earned his Master’s degree in Workforce Education & Development (WFED) from Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) in the United States. During his tenure at major corporations such as SK Telecom and SK Planet, he built extensive practical experience in organizational change and employee competency development.
Currently, as the CEO of "Team & Leader Story," he is actively engaged in lecturing and facilitation within the fields of leadership, organizational transformation, and self-development. He has appeared on the popular CBS program "15 Minutes to Change the World" and is the author of several influential books.
