The Leading Expert in Chinese Industry

Professor Lee Moon-hyung dedicated 30 years, from 1987 to 2018, to researching Korea-China trade and Chinese industry at the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade (KIET). He served as the Director of the KIET Beijing office and, since 2017, has been nurturing future leaders as a professor in the Department of Global Commerce at Soongsil University. He also provides strategic counsel to Korean and Chinese companies at the law firm Yulchon. 

Professor Lee holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Graduate Institute of Economics at National Taiwan University and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, establishing himself as a top authority on Chinese industrial sectors.
