Minu Ipe: Expert in Institutional Design and the Architect of Innovation at ASU
Minu Ipe is the Vice Chair and Managing Director of the University Design Institute (UDI) and serves as a Senior Fellow for Institutional Design at Arizona State University (ASU). She also holds the title of Advisor to the President, where she plays a pivotal role in advancing the design, strategy, and culture of ASU.
As a renowned expert in university innovation, Dr. Ipe has been a key driver of the transformative growth that has made ASU a global leader in higher education. Her past roles include serving as an Architect of the Knowledge Enterprise, a Clinical Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the W. P. Carey School of Business, and a faculty member for the Professional MBA program.
Currently, she leads several high-level initiatives to enhance leadership, innovation mindsets, and transdisciplinary collaboration. Most notably, she oversees the ASU Design Accelerator, an initiative focused on building new capabilities for institutional transformation.
