Kenn Ross: Managing Director of Asia at Minerva University, the Innovative Campus-less College!

Kenn Ross is the Managing Director of Asia for Minerva. Originally from the United States, he has lived in Asia for over 20 years and is widely recognized for his expertise in higher education issues, educational innovation, and China-U.S. cross-border education.

Beyond his role at Minerva, Ross is the founder of the International Foundation of Academic Soft Skills (IFPASS), a U.S.-based non-profit organization that provides non-cognitive skill-based and experiential education in China.

He is a frequent speaker at global educational events such as TEDx and often appears on Chinese television to discuss topics related to Chinese and international education. His 2015 book, Academic Soft Skills, is considered by many in China to be the definitive guide for preparing for global research and study.

Prior to joining Minerva, Ross held executive positions at Fortune 30 companies and mid-sized multinational corporations in the clean energy, technology, and consulting industries. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
