Director Kwang-won Seo, a management columnist, runs the Human & Nature Vitality Institute, where he explores the principles of life and management within natural ecosystems. Starting his career as a journalist for the JoongAng Ilbo, he currently leads the "Serengeti Survival Management" series at Samsung Economic Research Institute’s SERICEO. He was selected as the representative lecturer for SERICEO for four consecutive years from 2008 to 2011. Through his long-term exploration of natural ecosystems, he continues to write and lecture on themes of corporate management strategy and crisis management.
