Jung Jin-ho: Expert in Values-Based Management & Organizational Culture

Jung Jin-ho is a leading expert in organizational culture in South Korea, specializing in research, consulting, and lectures centered on Values-Based Management. He formerly served as a Professor at the IGM Institute of Global Management and as the Head of the Talent Development Institute at the Hyundai Economic Research Institute. Currently, he is a regular contributor to Maeil Business TV’s Good Morning Wall Street & Wealth, where he provides insightful analysis on complex business and economic issues.

Dr. Jung is dedicated to inspiring CEOs and leaders with human-centric management philosophies and open organizational cultures. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Seoul Venture University, with a dissertation focused on the relationship between ESG and Values-Based Management. His professional mission is to drive corporate performance and employee happiness by aligning the "triad" of Values, Organizational Culture, and ESG.

In 2015, he founded The Values Management Institute, where he has successfully completed organizational culture consulting and value establishment projects for over 150 private corporations and government organizations. Since its inception, his Corporate Culture Improvement Seminar, held four to five times annually, has become an essential course for HR and organizational culture practitioners.
